Returns & Replacements
Q: My product has a defect. How do I get a replacement?
A: Please contact us at help@123curbs.com with your Order Number and a description of the problem(s). We will follow up via email with details on getting you a replacement as soon as possible at no charge if your return request complies with our return policy.

We will follow up via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, along with details on the return or exchange process as soon as possible. Unless there is a product defect or problem with your order, you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.
Refunds can only be issued to the same account used for the original purchase, less any applicable shipping and handling charges.
