Does the 123CURBSTM Address Kit work on curved curbs?
Yes, the templates will work on both flat and rounded curbs.

What if I have more than 3 of the same number in my address?
Contact us and we will send you the additional numbers you need.

Are the stencils and templates recyclable?
Yes, the stencils and templates are made out of recyclable material.

Ordering & Shipping

Where is my order?
A products availability are listed on the products details page. In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. Your order is important to us, and we will update you via email as soon as your order has shipped or if the availability of an item has changed.

Can I cancel my order?
Because orders placed at 123Curbs.com are sent directly to our fulfillment partner they cannot be cancelled.

What are the shipping options and rates?
Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous States of America, Alaska, and Hawaii takes approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping is free for all orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we can currently only ship items within the 48 contiguous States of America, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Is this website secure?
Our store is hosted by PayPal, which employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), encryption, and other industry-standard technologies to ensure a safe, reliable shopping experience. All store checkout pages where we might collect personal or billing information are secured and encrypted using SSL. We also do our best to limit access to any personal information we collect to authorized individuals and third party partners who have appropriate controls in place and are relied upon to process and ship your order.

Returns & Replacements Policies

My product has a defect. How do I get a replacement?
For purchases made directly from 123Curbs.com, please contact us at help@123curbs.com with your Order Number and a description of the problem(s). We will follow up via email with details on getting you a replacement as soon as possible at no charge to you if your return request complies with our return policy.

For purchases made at a retail store, please contact us at help@123curbs.com to see if we can assist you before returning your product to the retail store. Include when and where you made your purchase and a description of the problem(s) that you are having. We will follow up via email, and if possible will provide details on getting you a replacement or service parts depending on the nature of the problem.

What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges for 123CURBS products purchased from a retail store are subject to the return policy of that store and may not be returned directly to 123CURBS by the customer. Exchanges or issuance of service parts for product defects may be handled by 123CURBS Customer Service directly in certain situations depending on the nature of the problem.

If you would like to return a product purchased from 123Curbs.com, please contact Customer Service at help@123curbs.com and include your Order Number and a description of the problem(s). We will follow up by providing you via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, along with details on the return or exchange process, as soon as possible. Unless there is a product defect or problem with your order, you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.

Refunds can only be issued to the same account used for the original purchase, less any applicable shipping and handling charges.

If you fail to comply with our return policy requirements, you are not entitled to any refund or replacement and items returned by you that do not comply with those requirements may be discarded by 123CURBS without liability to you.

Where do I ship my return product?
You will be given return shipping instructions and address information once you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from us.

Please include the RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of your Shipping Box. Any returns without a clearly marked RMA Number will be refused.

When can I expect a refund?
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. Please also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. Once your return is processed, we will send you a notification email confirming the refund has been issued.
